What I ate while losing weight Pt.1✨
I am on a 100+ lbs weight loss journey by December 2026 and I lost 30 lbs so far. I started on January and I do breastfeed so I am careful of what I eat in order to maintain my supply and already planned on doing this completely natural by clean eating and excercising.
Consider this a Part 1 on my journey of what I eat! Recipe below:
Mini Beef Quesadillas:
Ingredients:
• 2 Mini La Banderita Tortillas
• Ground Beef 90% Lean 10% Fat
• Kirkland Shredded Cheese (or any shredded cheese)
• Tomatoes
• Sauce (optional, I used spicy mayo)
