These Grilled Teriyaki Bowls Are a Flavor Bomb!

This Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Teriyaki Bowl is bursting with juicy pineapple, smoky grilled veggies, and the BEST homemade teriyaki sauce ever!

✨Perfect for summer BBQs or a weeknight dinner that feels like vacation!

What You Need:

✅ 6 chicken tenders (or 3 chicken breasts)

✅ 2 zucchini, sliced

✅ 2 bell peppers, chopped

✅ ½ pineapple, spears

✅ 1 red onion, thinly sliced

✅ 1 batch coconut rice

Teriyaki Sauce:

✅ ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

✅ 2 Tbsp rice vinegar

✅ 1 Tbsp sesame oil

✅ ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp light brown sugar

✅ 1 Tbsp honey

✅ ¾ tsp ground ginger

✅ 1 clove garlic, minced

✅ 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water (slurry)

✅ ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

How to Make It:

1. Make coconut rice and set aside.

2. Whisk teriyaki sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Boil 1 min until thick.

3. Marinate chicken in ¼ cup sauce for 15+ mins.

4. Preheat grill and prep veggies/pineapple.

5. Drizzle with oil, then grill veggies + pineapple until charred.

6. Grill chicken until cooked through. Rest and slice.

7. Assemble bowls: rice, veggies, pineapple, chicken, and extra sauce!
