🧁 Fluffy Healthy Muffins (No Refined Sugar!)

Naturally sweet, crazy moist, and packed with blueberries! 💙

I make these on repeat for breakfast, lunchboxes, and snack time — they’re wholesome and taste like a treat. 🥄✨ No refined sugar, no butter, just nourishing ingredients and big flavor!

🛒 What You’ll Need:

✔️ 1 cup + 2 Tbsp milk

✔️ ⅓ cup olive oil (light or mild flavor)

✔️ ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

✔️ ⅓ cup honey

✔️ 1 large egg

✔️ Zest of 1 orange

✔️ 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

✔️ 1 cup rolled oats

✔️ 1 Tbsp baking powder

✔️ ½ tsp baking soda

✔️ 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

✔️ 2 cups blueberries (or 1 cup chocolate chips, craisins, etc.)

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them:

1. Mix milk, oil, yogurt, honey, egg & zest in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon.

3. Add dry to wet, stir until just combined.

4. Gently fold in blueberries.

5. Divide into greased muffin tin (fill to the top!).

6. Bake at 350°F for 13–18 mins, until toothpick comes out clean.
