🍊 Soft & Sweet Orange Rolls

These fluffy orange rolls are packed with zesty citrus flavor and topped with a dreamy orange glaze. Perfect for brunch or a sweet breakfast treat! ☀️
✅ Ingredients You’ll Need:
Rolls:
▢ 1 ¾ cups warm water
▢ 2 Tbsp active dry yeast
▢ ⅓ cup granulated sugar
▢ 2 large eggs
▢ ½ cup butter, melted
▢ 1 tsp salt
▢ 5 cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
▢ ½ cup butter, softened
▢ ⅓ cup granulated sugar
▢ Zest of 2 large oranges
Glaze:
▢ 2 cups powdered sugar
▢ ½ tsp orange zest
▢ 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
🍴 How to Make Them:
1. Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 min until foamy.
2. In a stand mixer, combine eggs, melted butter, salt, flour, and yeast mixture.
3. Knead 3 min. Rest 10 min. Repeat knead/rest cycle 3 times total.
4. Divide dough into 3 balls. Roll each into a 15"x8" rectangle.
5. Mix filling and spread evenly over dough.
6. Roll up lengthwise. Cut into 1½" rolls.
7. Place in greased muffin tins. Cover and rise 30 min.
8. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 min.
9. Drizzle with glaze while warm & enjoy!
💡 Best served fresh, but you can store them in an airtight container for 1–3 days or freeze for later!
