Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches

🥓🍳 These freezer breakfast sandwiches are a total game-changer!

Bake the eggs all at once, stack, wrap, freeze… and future-you has hot breakfast ready in minutes 🙌

✅ You’ll need:

✅ 12 eggs

✅ 2 Tbsp milk

✅ 1 tsp salt

✅ 1/2 tsp black pepper

✅ 12 slices bacon or sausage patties or ham/Canadian bacon

✅ 12 English muffins

✅ 12 slices cheddar cheese (or favorite cheese)

👩‍🍳 How to make them:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and generously grease a 9x13" pan.

2. Whisk eggs + milk + salt + pepper (mixer makes it easy!).

3. Bake eggs for 18–22 min, just until center is set (don’t overcook!).

4. Cool, then cut eggs into 12 squares.

5. Assemble: English muffin + egg + cheese + meat + muffin top.

6. Eat now (optional): Heat at 350°F for ~5 min until cheese melts.

❄️ To freeze:

1. Wrap each sandwich in foil/wax paper/parchment.

2. Place in a freezer-safe bag and freeze up to 1 month.

🔥 To reheat:

✅ Best method: Thaw overnight in fridge. Remove wrap, wrap sandwich in a paper towel.

✅ Microwave 40 sec–1 min on defrost (50%), flip, then 10–30 sec on high until warm.

✅ Or bake at 350°F for 10–15 min (oven/toaster oven).
