My Go To Fat Loss Meal From Taco Bell
This is probably my favorite healthy fast food hack right now.
I order the Cantina Chicken Bowl and swap the rice for extra lettuce. Honestly, I prefer it this way because the extra lettuce adds a fresh crunch that makes the bowl taste lighter and fresher.
The chicken is well seasoned and flavorful, and the bowl doesn’t feel heavy after eating it. I skip the avocado because I’m allergic, and I leave off the sour cream and sauces because I personally don’t like a lot of sauce on my food.
What I love most is that it doesn’t taste like diet food. It still feels like I’m treating myself to Taco Bell while making a healthier choice.
