4 months Postpartum | Don’t lose your SPARK✨

This message is coming from a girl who once lost her spark so let me tell you my journey.

I’m a mom of 3 beautiful babies🩶🩶🩶

When I had my first child I completely engaged myself to being a parent and not a woman. What is so crazy I never even realized it but over time I noticed I stopped doing the things I loved so dearly such as makeup, girl dates, and photogenic friendly etc…

Once I had my second child I realized GIRL IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE TIME WITH ONE KID YOU DEFINITELY WILL FALL IN A WHOLE WITH TWO😭😭

So me regaining who I was meant a lot to me the second time around 😫

Now once I had my second child that spark was harder to regain back due to postpartum depression 🥹 my hair fell out, I had a muffin top stomach, no drive or thrive which spills over to personal life it was a lot hell😡

But now we are headed to the end of the road with my last child 🤭

I honestly can’t express how peaceful life was with all the support once I had my baby, that did allow me to avoid postpartum this time.

I refused to have 3 kids and look homeless so my goal was to keep my hair, lashes, and nails done and so far I’m doing good. The only thing is…I do all my beauty maintenance myself and it’s complicated but your girl is currently feeling good and looking good of course I have my lows but I’m thankful for the amount of love and support. Social media has been a great outlet for me with creating memories and building relationships 🥺 #selflovemotivation #postpartumbodylove #beautylover

... Read morePostpartum life can be overwhelming, especially when navigating the emotional and physical changes after giving birth. Many women experience a loss of identity during this period, often prioritizing parenting duties over their own self-care and interests. This article emphasizes the importance of rediscovering your passions and the transformative role of support systems in this journey. It's crucial to address postpartum challenges, such as postpartum depression, which can affect mood and appearance. Engaging in self-love, maintaining beauty routines, and seeking social support can help reclaim your spark. Additionally, creating memories and building connections, especially through social media, can serve as an uplifting outlet. Understanding that many mothers share similar experiences can also foster a sense of community and belonging, encouraging open conversations about the challenges of postpartum life. If you're struggling with balancing motherhood and your personal identity, remember that you're not alone. Seek help when needed, celebrate small victories in self-care, and prioritize your well-being. Embracing beauty, whether through self-maintenance or self-acceptance, is vital for both your mental and physical health.

Lost a lot of muscle during pregnancy so the goal was to gain some back. Focusing more on lower body. Losing body fat has been a little tricky because i have to keep my calories up since i am still breastfeeding but happy with the progress I’ve made in 5 months. I have definitely not been perfect w

Lately, stress has really affected my supply—and I know I’m not alone in that. This is your reminder that you have to fill your own cup before you can pour into others. You’re doing the best you can, and that is more than enough. 🍼💛 #PumpWithMe #PostpartumLife #BreastfeedingJourn

That half ounce your baby refuses to finish? Yeah, we’re freezing that. Liquid gold doesn’t go to waste in my house! 🍼❄️ Still one of my favorite baby hacks 💛 Don’t toss that liquid gold — even a few leftover drops can go a long way! Currently 10 months postpartum and I still do this! 🫶🏻

What I Thought I’d Look Like 13 Months Postpartum
At 13 months postpartum, I thought I’d look “back to normal.” Smaller. Softer. Maybe quieter. Instead, I look stronger. More defined. More disciplined. More confident. I didn’t just “bounce back.” I built something new. I’m running half marathons. Training for full marathons. Show
