I tried this pull up challenge last year to try and get to 8 pull ups and be able to do more pull ups than my son. It lasted about 8 days of videos before I forgot and gave up. When the memories came up this year I decided to try again and see how much better I’ve gotten since last year. I went from barely being able to get myself up, to 2 pull ups (not consecutive), now I can do 2 consecutive! My goal right now is to work up to 5 unassisted pull ups! I did chin ups today because the bar was narrow, and Gabe was camera man! (Thanks Gabey!)
