Pumpkin-spice Pancakes w/ a View

Some mornings are full of excitement and productivity as fall comes closer. I’m getting the house ready for a family visit as well as prepping for our busy season for work as harvest begins!

Along side waking up at 4:30am and jumping up, I started my day with cleaning yesterday’s messes before making some yummy pumpkin spice pancakes for my kiddos after they slept in.

I love standing in front of a window to cook breakfast and will always break out my skillet so I can just zone out and relax as I flip as many little pancakes as I can!
