The perfect nutritious, easy, & delicious Fall breakfast! 🍁

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:

¾ cups organic ap flour (oat works too if gf)

30g organic vanilla protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt 🧂

¾ cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 large organic egg 🥚

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛

1 tsp vanilla

👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS:

Whisk together the dry ingredients and then mix in the wet ingredients. Form six pancakes on a griddle and cook for about three minutes on each side.

Makes 6 pancakes
