After surgery, uterine and ovarian wings.

🌷 Today, let's share the vitamins that Bow chose to eat after surgery. All wings, uterus and ovaries are out. 🌷

Many people may not know that after surgery, our women's bodies have many changes in hormones, energy, sleep, mood, and long-term bone health.

At first I admit I was worried, 😅 but as time went on, Bow became more health-conscious about diet, exercise, rest, and choosing the right vitamins.

The vitamins that Bow eats regularly now are as follows: ❤️

🦴 Calcium + D3 + K2 care for bones and teeth, help with calcium absorption, and is an important aid for women whose hormones change.

☀️ Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption and supports the body's immunity.

🧠 Vitamin B1-6-12 helps with the nervous system, reduces fatigue, and helps with daily energy.

🍊 Vitamin C 1000 mg enhances immunity and helps to create collagen.

💗 this CoQ10, Bow really likes it because it helps with the energy of the cell, making it feel more rejuvenated.

🌺 Astaxanthin helps with antioxidants, takes care of the skin and helps the skin look brighter.

🩵 Zinc helps with immunity, body recovery and skin health care.

💙 Magnesium Glycinate, an aid to relaxing, sleeping and reducing muscle tension.

But what Bow wants to say the most is..

✨ No vitamin can replace a good diet. ✨ No vitamin can replace rest. ✨ No vitamin can replace exercise.

Vitamins are the only "supplemental aids."

Today, Bow does not aim to be the thinnest or the most young, but to take care of ourselves as strong as possible in our own way. ❤️

Because good health is a gift we can give ourselves every day.

What friends have had a hysterectomy or are taking care of their health after surgery? Let's exchange experiences. 😊👇
