This was me over 2 years ago, over 200 pounds
Honestly I’m still a bigger person, and I feel like NOTHING helps! I’m always stuck in a slump on what to do and when it doesn’t work I give up. I need some girls that can give tips on how to lose more body weight and body fat without it hurting me mentally, I do cardio and I use a dumbbell at home, but I’m going to go to the gym again next month. Tips are so welcome AND ENCOURAGED

When it comes to embarking on a weight loss journey, finding support and reliable information is crucial. It's not only about physical transformation, but also mental well-being. Consider focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. Incorporating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains can significantly impact your weight loss success. Regular exercise, such as combining cardio with strength training (like using dumbbells), can enhance fat loss while building muscle. Share your experiences with like-minded individuals for motivation and accountability. Engaging in community groups, whether online or at the gym, can provide invaluable tips and support. Remember, the journey to health is a marathon, not a sprint, and it's essential to celebrate small victories along the way to maintain motivation.
