Sourdough Discard Cinnamon Rolls

My first attempt at Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls & they were delicious! I’ve attached the recipe I used:

Dough:

2 1/4 c - Flour

8 Tbsp - Cold Butter

*mix into crumble/until combined

1/3 c - sourdough discard

1 c - milk

1 tbsp + 1 tsp - sugar

3/4 tsp - salt

1 tsp - baking powder

1/2 tsp - baking soda

*mix until combined

On a floured surface - knead/mix until combined/not sticky & roll into rectangle

Filling:

3/4 c - brown sugar

1 tbsp - cinnamon

*4 tbsp - melted butter

Pour melted butter* onto dough, sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over & roll dough

Slice dough & place into buttered cast iron & bake at 375° for 35-40 min

Glaze:

1 1/4 c - powdered sugar

1 tbsp - melted butter

2 tsp - vanilla

1 1/2 tbsp - milk

Mix glaze, top warm cinnamon rolls, & enjoy!
