I love simple, refreshing meals for long wrestling tournaments and busy weekends! Keeping it light, flavorful, and packed with nutrients makes all the difference. Plus, a small protein swap keeps things interesting!

Here’s my go-to cooler-friendly quinoa bowl:

🥩 4oz chicken or beef

🌾 120g cooked tri-colored quinoa

🫑 50g bell peppers

🧅 15g red onion

🥑 40g avocado
