I don't count basic essentials like eggs, milk, and spices towards total price.

A huge hit and one of my most popular and simplest meals - the chicken sausage greek bowl made with ONLY Aldi budget friendly ingredients. Perfect for meal prep too 😋

Slice and pan fry chicken sausages. microwave rice according to package directions. dice cucumber and tomatoes. assemble as a bowl: rice, chicken sausage, cucumber/tomatoes, then top with tzatziki and feta/olive salad.
