Easy Greek Chicken Protein Bowls
Tired and don’t know what to cook for dinner? Try this super simple yet flavorful Greek chicken protein bowl that is packed with both protein and fiber!
Essentially, you will need some cooked chicken. Batch cook chicken the night before or use a rotisserie chicken (or just air fry with parchment for minimal stress and cleanup).
Then, dice up some cucumber and tomatoes. Spend less than 5 minutes making a garlic Greek yogurt.
Then it’s time to assemble: chicken, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, feta cheese, a dollop of garlic Greek yogurt and a drizzle of your favorite dressing.
