I would like to send this shop to compete for a non-mixed milk branch! @ nyudairy. Yogurteria 🥛🐮🤎 The shop uses milk from Jersey cows. It is a breed of milk from England that comes to feed on Thai farms. The shop goes to work with Thai farmers.
This breed of cow, the milk is less than usual, yielding almost twice the amount of fat than the average cow's milk. It is hard to find because in Thailand there are still few farms that raise this breed of cow.
Personally, I like it a lot. The more the shop makes a recipe to mix drinks in different ways until the soft serve is every word of milk.
The first glass to eat and like is Hoang Hai (180.-) is a milk jersey brewed with Vietnamese chocolates. Add a little salt to a mild salinity. Top with an organic egg foam. Burn the face to a brulee. Very delicious. This glass is noisy, fragrant, sweet, oily, salty 10 / 10.
The other glass, NYU Rocher (135.-), is a selnut-flavored jersey milk topped with a noisy chocolate cream. Feel like eating a water version of Ferrero.
Chocolate Coconut with Cream Top (135.-) This one will mix coconut water. The body is very uncertain. It has a mild fragrance from coconut. It is compatible with chocolate. Anyone who wants to eat milk, just lower the cal. Recommended this glass.
Detox and Glow (S 150.- / M 180.-) There are smoothies in the shop. This glass is for Wolffia (egg), celery, kale, spinach, apple, pine apple, yuzu, lime, yogurt, Jersey Milk. It's called drinking a glass, eating a lot of vegetables.
Ice cream can be chosen if you want to eat it as a bass or yogurt. We taste both two tones. If it's milk, it's Jersey Milk + Chocolate Soft Serve (1200.-). This one comes in the slightest sweet, but the chocolate milk is delicious.
The other flavor is Yogurt + Acai Soft Serve. It's refreshing. Eat with Granola. Baked Rice with Berries. It's delicious.
Anyone in the neighborhood of the bird hunter recommends to stop by. In addition to being very noisy, I like that the store has many toppings in parallel, both hellty to the fat kid line like red jelly.
