Making these HAM ROLL UPS is ridiculously simple, which is exactly why I adore them. All you need are a few basic ingredients: some thinly sliced deli ham (good quality makes a difference!), softened cream cheese, and your choice of seasonings. My personal favorite combination for the filling is a block of plain cream cheese mixed with a dash of garlic powder, a pinch of onion powder, and about a tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives. Sometimes, if I'm feeling a bit fancy, I'll even add a tiny bit of dried dill or a touch of Worcestershire sauce for extra depth. The key is to mix it all together until it's super smooth and easily spreadable – no lumps allowed! Once your cream cheese mixture is ready, lay out your ham slices on a clean cutting board.
