Strawberry French Toast Roll Ups

Strawberry french toast roll ups

3 eggs

2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tsp butter extract

1/3 cup of whole milk

2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp of cinammon sugar

2 tbsp of brown sugar

4 tbsp of white sugar

8 ounces of strawberry cream cheese

8 large strawberry berries

1 loaf of brioche bread

2 tsp powder sugar for garnish

In a bowl add eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, cinnamon sugar and 2 tbsp of white sugar. Whisk together until ingredients are well combined.

For cream cheese add two tbsp of sugar and mix well. Cut up strawberry in small pieces. Mix some in strawberry cream cheese and save some for the rolling process. Before you start rolling cut off the Crust of the bread. I like the Crust so I keep it. Flatten your bread out. Add cream cheese mixture to bread and strawberries roll and dip in egg mixture. Repeat the process. Place in skillet on medium heat. Cook and turn until all sides are brown and liquid is gone. Served with maple syrup,strawberry cream cheese, whipped cream and strawberries.
