8 oz Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
1-2 garlic cloves (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grab a baking tray and line it with parchment paper, add a bit of oil to the tray and paper. Add all the ingredients for the wrap to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. Then pour the batter into an even layer on the parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until it’s golden and sets. Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely. I've been absolutely hooked on this viral cottage cheese wrap trend, and for good reason! It’s not just delicious; it’s a powerhouse of protein that's transformed my healthy eating routine. When I first saw everyone blending 8oz cottage cheese with eggs to make a wrap, I was skeptical, but now I’m a true believer. It consistently turns out perfectly golden and pliable, a fantastic base for so many meals. What I love most about using cottage cheese for wraps is its incredible protein content. It’s naturally packed with casein protein, which keeps you feeling full and satisfied for longer. Plus, it's so versatile! Adding just 1-2 garlic cloves and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, as this recipe suggests, gives it a wonderful savory flavor that complements almost any filling. Now, let's talk about avocado – because honestly, what isn't better with avocado? Since many of you are searching for 'protein wrap cottage cheese avocado', I've been experimenting with ways to incorporate this creamy, healthy fat into my wraps. My absolute favorite is a simple smashed avocado with a pinch of salt and chili flakes, spread generously inside. Then, I’ll add some grilled chicken breast or even a quick tuna salad for a truly high-protein, satisfying meal. Sometimes, I’ll just slice fresh avocado and layer it with some leafy greens and a hard-boiled egg for a super quick breakfast or lunch. The richness of the avocado perfectly balances the subtle tang of the cottage cheese wrap. But don't stop there! This cottage cheese wrap is an open canvas for countless other high-protein fillings. Think about building a Mediterranean-inspired wrap with hummus, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and some grilled halloumi. Or, for a hearty breakfast, scramble some eggs with spinach and a sprinkle of cheese, then wrap it all up. Smoked salmon with cream cheese (or even more cottage cheese!) and dill is another elevated option that feels indulgent but is still wonderfully healthy. The key is to think about combinations that offer a complete nutrient profile – protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Making these wraps has become a weekly staple for me. A tip I've found helpful is to let the wrap cool completely before trying to peel it off the parchment paper; this ensures it stays intact. I often make a batch on Sunday to have ready for quick meals throughout the week. They store well in the fridge, making meal prep a breeze. Whether you're aiming for a quick, high-protein snack or a substantial meal, this viral cottage cheese wrap, especially when paired with creamy avocado and other delicious fillings, is an absolute winner. It’s truly made my healthy eating journey so much more enjoyable and sustainable!
