Most people will tell you that “abs are made in the kitchen”, and while YES absolutely a clean diet is key for fat loss, that’s only part of the equation🤌🏼
If you’re eating clean, training hard, but still not seeing a flat stomach, you’re probably not ACTUALLY training core. And there’s no diet that can “out train” a weak core!
We’re often taught to just train the “surface” layer of the abs, which doesn’t engage the TVA, our deepest core muscle. The TVA is what realigns the rib cage & spine to address things like rib flare, back pain & postpartum pooch, while ALSO creating w “corset” around your waistline for a more ✨snatched✨ look.
