BBQ CHICKEN SWEET POTATOES

BBQ chicken sweet potatoes (or regular potatoes!) 🍠🤌🏼

This is one of those meals I make on repeat because it’s EASY, filling, and everyone can customize it. Makes great leftovers, too!

I cooked 6–7 chicken breasts in the slow cooker with:

• garlic powder

• onion powder

• salt & pepper

• 1 packet Kinder’s brown sugar BBQ seasoning

• heavy squirts of Kinder’s hot honey BBQ sauce

• heavy squirts of Kinder’s roasted garlic BBQ sauce

Cook until tender, then shred.

For the potatoes:

Bake sweet potatoes (or regular potatoes), then add grass-fed butter + a little brown sugar to the sweet potatoes for that perfect sweet/savory combo.

Assemble:

• shredded BBQ chicken

• shredded cheese of choice

• drizzle of buffalo sauce

• diced avocado

Topping options are endless — I’ve also done coleslaw + avocado lime ranch drizzle with a buffalo sauce drizzle and it’s SO good.

This is one of those “use what you have, make it your own” dinners that works for busy nights but still feels like comfort food. Save this one 🤍
