1/4 tasse de farine d’amandes

1 càs + 1 càc de tahini

2 1/2 càs de sucre de coco

2 1/2 càs de poudre de protéine vanille

1 1/2 càs de lait

pincée de sel

un trait d’extrait de vanille

optionnel : pépites de chocolat blanc et graines de sésame pour le dessus

mélanger les ingrédients liquides

ajouter les ingrédients secs

si possible, réfrigérer la pâte pendant 45 minutes

former deux biscuits

saupoudrer de graines de sésame

cuire au four à 350°f pendant 9 minutes
