Pudding de chia citronné avec confiture de bleuets 🫐🍋

Pour 2 portions

Ingrédients

½ tasse (120 ml) de lait ou lait végétal

2 c. à soupe (20 g) de graines de chia

¼ tasse (60 g) de yogourt grec nature ou skyr

1–1½ c. à soupe (15–22 ml) de sirop d’érable ou de miel

Jus d’½ gros citron (~1½ c. à soupe / 22 ml)

½ c. à café de zeste de citron

Optionnel :dose de protéine en poudre à la vanille

Confiture de bleuets au chia, en garniture (voir ma recette publiée précédemment)

Yogourt supplémentaire, pour le dessus

Instructions

Mélangerau blender le lait, les graines de chia moulues, le yogourt, le sirop ou miel, le jus de citron, le zeste et la protéine jusqu’à obtenir un mélange lisse.

Réfrigérer au moins 3-4h pour que le pudding épaississe légèrement.

Déposer une couche de confiture de bleuets au chia dans des verres ou des pots de service.

Ajouter une couche de pudding de chia citronné.

Garnir de yogourt supplémentaire pour plus de crémeux et décorer au choix.
