caramelized banana & dates protein yogurt
ingredients
185 g (3/4 cup) plain greek yogurt (Liberté) 1/2 banana, sliced 2 medjool dates, pitted 1 tbsp (14 g) grass-fed butter cereal of choice almond butter drizzle 3 tbsp (45 g) almond butter 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup pinch of flaky salt
instructions
in a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
add the banana slices and chopped dates and cook for 3–5 minutes, until soft and caramelized. set aside.
add the yogurt to a bowl.
in a small bowl, mix the almond butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of flaky salt until smooth and pourable. swirl the almond butter mixture into the yogurt.
top with the warm caramelized banana and dates, cereal, and a pinch of flaky salt.
