Ingredients
• 16 oz 96% lean ground beef (Albertsons)
• Siete Taco Seasoning 1 packet
• 6 corn tostada shells (Ole Mexican Foods)
• 1 can Trader Joe’s Refried Black Beans (Black)
• 210 g Trader Joe’s Mango Jicama Slaw (≈1½ heaping cups)
• 114 g Hass avocado, diced (≈¾–1 medium)
• 105 g unsweetened dairy-free plain yogurt (Forager unsweetened)
• Optional: lime juice, cilantro, salsa verde (no-seed-oil)
Instructions
1. Beef: Brown beef over medium heat. Drain if needed. Stir in Siete seasoning and simmer 2–3 min until thick.
2. Bases: Re-crisp tostadas at 350°F for 3–4 min. Warm beans until spreadable.
3. Crema: Whisk DF yogurt with a squeeze of lime and a splash of water; pinch of salt.
4. Assemble (6 total; 2 per serving):
Beans → beef → slaw → avocado → drizzle crema. Add cilantro/salsa verde if desired.
