Health Influencer's "perfect" non-functional health
Hello, my friends, the Lemon8 🤗 today, share our views as a Health Coach on the role we should play and what I've always held.
People like to ask, is an Influencer a health line perfect at all times? Do you have to eat clean every meal?
The answer is in this picture, 📸 "Inspiration does not come from being the perfect person."
Here are four things I try to do every day to pass on good energy to everyone:
👉 1.Focus on the Real way: Take care of yourself the way you actually do in everyday life (have some cheating meals, it's not wrong!)
👉 2. Information must be: Share the right knowledge. There is a place to go.
👉 3. Make a habit with happiness: Do it consistently until it becomes a Lifestyle, not a boring function.
👉 4. Stay Side by Side: Create a Community Where Everyone Helps Each Other, Not Lonely
Anyone who is starting to take care of themselves, remember that just starting to do it a little bit at a time is very good. I am always ready to be a companion. ❤️
