"Bacon Pasta" to bring out the umami of bacon

Spaghetti 80g
Bacon 80g
1 / 2 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 red pepper
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
a pinch of salt
Boiling juice 100ml
10 g butter
Coarsely ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 liter of water
Salt 1 tsp
[How to make]
① Cut bacon into strips, onion and garlic into thin slices. Cut red pepper in half and remove seeds.
② Add olive oil, bacon and garlic to a frying pan and fry over heat.
③ Add the onion and red pepper, add salt and fry until the onion is tender.
④ Boil spaghetti in a frying pan or pot with 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
⑤ Add the boiled spaghetti juice to the pan where the bacon is being fried.
⑥ Put it on the fire, scrape off the burn with a spatula, and turn off the heat.
⑦ Combine spaghetti, sprinkle butter and pepper and heat.
⑧ Use a spatula to entangle the sauce.
Add soy sauce, boil lightly, and mix the whole.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper to finish.
