Shrimp, Sausage & Cabbage Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 12–14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
• 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
• ½ green bell pepper, sliced
• ½ red bell pepper, sliced
• ½ yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced
• ½ medium onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add shrimp. Season with a little Chef Bae seasoning and sear 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
4. Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until slightly softened.
5. Add cabbage, garlic powder, onion powder, remaining Chef Bae seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
6. Toss well and cook until cabbage is tender but still has a little bite.
7. Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook 2–3 more minutes until hot and flavorful.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
