🇮🇹*SAVE*🇮🇹 let’s make homemade pizza dough ✨ easy recipe 👇🏽

Pizza dough ingredients 🛒

•3/4 oz active dry yeast

•3 3/4 c lukewarm water

•3/4 tsp salt

•9 1/2 c AP flour

•1/4 c + 1 tbsp EVOO

Here’s what you do 🗣️

💧Add 3/4 oz yeast + 3/4 c lukewarm water to a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 mins.

🧂Add 3/4 tsp salt + 3 c lukewarm water to a small bowl. Let sit for 5 mins.

🥣After 5 mins, pour the small bowl contents into the large mixing bowl.

🫒Add to the mixing bowl 7 1/2 c AP flour. Drizzle 1/4 c EVOO in, a little at a time. Mix together with clean hands by kneading flour using a circular motion.

🌸Once dough has formed a solid ball, add half of the remaining flour in and continue to knead until mixed. So add in 1 c flour + you’ll still have 1 c flour left over.

✨Next, place the dough ball onto a clean counter & knead the remaining 1 c flour into the dough.

🔘You should end up with a beautiful large dough ball. Drizzle 1 tsp EVOO into the same mixing bowl you used before.

⏰Drop your dough into the bowl. Drizzle 1 tsp EVOO on top of the dough. Cover bowl completely with a towel & put in a warm area for 45 mins to allow dough to rise.

🔪After 45 mins, place risen dough on counter + slice into 16 equal pieces. This will make 16 personal size pizzas 😋

📏Gently form each dough into a ball, place on counter & repeat making sure to have 3 inches between each dough ball. Because the dough will rise again + we want to give them their space (just like humans need their personal space 💯).

🧻Cover the 16 dough balls with a towel + let sit for 1 hour + 20 mins.

🍕At this point you can make pizza or fried dough with the homemade dough

🍭For fried dough, fry 1 1/2 inch thick dough balls in EVOO on medium high heat in a frying pan for a few minutes.

🤎 Once cooked, immediately dip into a bowl of cinnamon & sugar mixture. Use spoon to ensure mixture covers fried dough. Enjoy 😊
