High-Protein Egg Breakfast 🍳

This is my absolute favorite breakfast to make that’s extremely easy and high in protein but also delicious!

Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:

🥚2 boiled eggs

🧈1 tbsp butter

🍞4 sliced bread (I used white bread!)

Instructions:

1. Mash eggs together with softened butter until nice and creamy.

2. Stack egg mixture on bread to make a sandwich!

3. Enjoy!

This breakfast is not only easy but also packed with about 14 grams of protein, which helps keep me full and energized well into the afternoon. It's a great option if you’re focused on building muscle, maintaining satiety, or just want a quick nutritious meal in the morning. You can also customize it by adding fresh herbs like chives or parsley to the egg mash for extra flavor, or include a slice of tomato or avocado inside the sandwich.
