It's not hard to stick wings. ðŠ―âĻ
Hello everyone ~ It's been a long time since we ambushed the train air ~ ðĪ
So today we want to share our "first wing" experience after graduation, in order to be useful for those who have dreams of becoming flight attendants as well.
I have to say, these techniques are based on our own experience.
I used to apply for many airlines and didn't invite. There was also an interview.
But finally, we see it as not a "failure."
It's a lesson that allows us to gradually figure out how to improve ourselves to get closer to our dreams.
So we wanted to share something that we felt was very important for "sticking wings."
1. Know yourself enough
What people we are, what we have done, and how our past experience is connected to service.
We need to know what our strengths are and how to benefit the organization.
For example, third language communication can be an additional advantage.
2. Take care of yourself outside and inside
The profession values self-care and a personality that looks clean, polite and trustworthy, suitable for service work.
But that doesn't mean it has to be pretty by any standard.
Just take good care of yourself, have a good attitude, look friendly, easy to reach, and remain professional is enough.
3. Resume and interview = Storytelling
For us, Resume is not just a paper application, it is a review of what reflects who we are and how we are fit for this job.
The interview preparation is not to memorize the answer by pattern, but to understand ourselves and then tell our own story as clearly as possible.
Because judges may not only want to know what we've done, but also what we've learned from what we've done.
4. Language = Communication
It is not necessary to speak as a native speaker, but to be able to communicate confidently, because this work "Communication is key."
We must communicate effectively with passengers and teammates to maintain safety and service standards.
Finally, I want to tell everyone that each person's path is not the same, some people are fast, some people may spend a lot of time, but if they do not give up, there is always a chance.
Please encourage all wing hunters.
And hope to meet one day in the sky:) ðĪ
