Pumpkin cream cheese loaf cake✨

So quick and delicious…it’s really pumpkin to talk about!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Loaf Cake Recipe -

Ingredients:

Filling -

4 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp flour

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cake -

1 3/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Filling -

Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla until combined

Cake -

Preheat oven to 350°F

Line 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice, set aside

Mix the pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla until smooth

Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir to combine

Pour 1/2 of the pumpkin mixture into the bottom of loaf pan

Add the cream cheese mixture over the top

Add the remaining pumpkin mixture to loaf pan and swirl top

Bake 55-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Cool in pan 15 minutes

Place on rack and cool completely
