Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp
Golden seared salmon and juicy shrimp in a rich garlic butter cream sauce. Simple, comforting, and packed with flavor. Save this seafood favorite for your next dinner.
•📝 Ingredients :
2 salmon fillets
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken or seafood broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme
• 🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Sear the Salmon
Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and tender. Remove and set aside with the salmon.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté 30 seconds. Pour in broth and heavy cream, simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Combine Everything
Return salmon and shrimp to the pan. Spoon sauce over the top and let simmer 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Add lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley and thyme, and serve hot.
