If you're like me, busy days call for quick yet satisfying snacks that don’t compromise on taste or health. These Snickers cups have been my go-to treat because they balance indulgence with wholesome ingredients. I love how the Medjool dates add natural sweetness, making these much better than processed candy bars. Plus, using dark chocolate provides antioxidants, and the peanut butter adds protein and healthy fats. What really makes these cups special is their simplicity and versatility. Using a mini silicone muffin pan means no fuss with sticky liners, and it’s easy to control portion sizes. I store mine in the freezer so I can grab a couple whenever a chocolate craving hits. They hold up well for up to two weeks, which helps with meal planning or when friends drop by unexpectedly. One tip I've found helpful is to be generous with the peanut butter dollops for that creamy center, and don’t skip the crushed peanuts on top—they add a lovely crunch that contrasts with the smooth chocolate. For anyone experimenting with flavors, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt before chilling or swapping peanut butter for almond butter to switch things up. These little cups blend nostalgia and nutrition in one delicious bite, perfect for anyone wanting a healthier sweets fix that’s ready whenever you need it.

I’m definitely making these 🙏❤️
