🫶TTC Journey
The past few months I have been going to a fertility clinic to see what treatment I may need. At my Doctor appointment they suggested either IUI or IVF. After taking a day to think about it, my finance and I decided to go with IUI. This Thursday I will be going in for Genetic Testing. I have so many emotions and I really hope and pray this will work. Trusting in the process and trusting in Gods Timing.
So far this is the supplements I have been taking. I have to have an alarm on my phone to remind myself. Haha and soon I will be adding more medication. 😅😂 starting to feel like a walking science experiment.

As part of my TTC journey, I've been focusing on a supplement regimen that includes essential nutrients for women's health. Key supplements include the Nature Made Zero Sugar Gummy Vitamins, which provide necessary vitamins and minerals without excess sugars. Ovasitol, a popular inositol powder supplement, is known for its role in promoting healthy ovarian function and hormonal balance. Additionally, I take a prenatal multi that includes folic acid and DHA, vital for reproductive health. It's crucial to ensure we're not only emotionally prepared but also physically supported during this journey. The importance of a well-rounded supplement routine can't be understated, especially when undergoing fertility treatments. Staying committed to taking daily vitamins and supplements has helped me feel more empowered as I navigate through the ups and downs of trying to conceive. With my doctor's guidance, I'm hopeful that these supplements will contribute positively to my body during this pivotal time.
