Another tip is focusing on nutrient-dense, low-calorie foods like vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains that help you feel full without adding excessive calories. Hydration also plays a vital role; sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger, leading to unnecessary snacking. Incorporating regular physical activity boosts your calorie burn, making it easier to maintain a deficit. I recommend mixing cardio with strength training to build muscle, which in turn can enhance your metabolism. Lastly, be patient and kind to yourself. Weight loss is a gradual process, so consistent small changes can lead to sustainable results. By setting realistic goals and celebrating progress, you’ll stay motivated on your calorie deficit journey.
