🤍 My Story: I moved from Hawai’i to Texas 2 weeks ago to build a new life. I came with my life packed in suitcases and boxes, along w dreams of becoming a teacher and building on my podcast.

🤍 How I Felt: it’s been a wild rollercoaster of emotions. And today’s was sadness, hopelessness and fear.

🤍 My Takeaways: I will lean into god and let her guide me through this growing pain. Although my finances are draining, my emotions are all over the place, and my heart misses home, I will keep the course and trust this process. Growth hurts and it’s hard. So I will cling to the fact I know I’m capable. Patience is the opportunity right now. May god continue to walk with me and I will trust in her to lead me where I need to be.

Engaging with local resources, such as mental health forums or self-growth workshops, enhances our understanding of ourselves and our mental states. For those experiencing financial stress or emotional turmoil, discussing these challenges can reveal coping strategies or solutions. Patience and self-compassion play significant roles in navigating the complex emotions that accompany personal growth. Trusting the journey and acknowledging personal capabilities can be empowering. Resources like podcasts about mental health and personal journeys offer valuable insights and hope. Ultimately, prioritizing mental health through self-care, community engagement, and continuous learning is vital for anyone undergoing a significant life transition.
