Baked Manicotti

@Lemon8 Food tonight I decided to throw together another quick and easy dinner, baked manicotti.

Ingredients:

Three trays of frozen manicotti

Your favorite red sauce

Mozzarella & Provolone shredded cheese

Preparation:

*First prepare your pasta sauce (I used my usual sauce which I posted the recipe for in another post).

*Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

*When the sauce is done spread enough to cover the bottom of your baking dish.

*Next place a layer of the manicotti, sprinkle some of the cheese over the top, and then another layer of sauce.

*I then placed another layer of manicotti and poured the remainder of the sauce, and covered with another layer of cheese.

*Cover and allow to bake for 25 minutes and then remove your lid for 5 additional minutes.

*Remove from oven and serve.
