Bourbon Salmon, grilled asparagus, baked potato
@Lemon8 Food something light and filling for dinner.
Ingredients:
Bourbon salmon filet (from Publix)
Russet potato (microwave potato to save time)
Asparagus
Preparation:
*Get the grill going
*Place your potato in the microwave and cook for 5-8 minutes or until softened.
*Cut and season your asparagus. Use a grill pan with holes to grill your salmon and asparagus. This should take no more than 12-15 minutes.
