Yeah, that's pretty much my life every single time I find myself near a stationery store, especially the pen aisle! It's a constant battle, and honestly, sometimes my friends really do have to physically restrain me from grabbing 'just one more' set of beautiful writing instruments. I literally just tell myself, 'Of course I don’t have too many lol 😂' but deep down, I know the truth! My obsession is real, and it’s all about the pens! There’s something incredibly satisfying about a diverse collection of colorful pens and highlighters. Each shade, from the brightest pinks and purples to the most calming yellows, greens, and blues, feels like a tiny piece of art waiting to bring my notes and doodles to life. I’m always on the hunt for new treasures. Just recently, I spotted two packaged sets that totally caught my eye: one with ten vibrant colorful pens, perfectly arranged in a gorgeous rainbow spectrum, and another featuring two dual-ended markers – a practical green and a bold red. You can bet I was practically salivating! It’s not just about having them; it’s about the potential they hold. A new pen inspires new ideas, new journal entries, new artistic endeavors. Who can blame me for wanting to experience that joy over and over again? The 'holding friend back' meme perfectly encapsulates this internal (and sometimes external!) struggle. It's the universal plea of anyone with a beloved hobby or collection, whether it’s books, shoes, or in my case, an ever-growing array of gorgeous writing tools. It’s a hilarious and relatable moment when you just can’t resist that urge, even if your logical brain (or your friend!) is screaming, 'No more!'
