Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 teaspoons milk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner. Bake for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.
