Deviled Eggs

Elevated Deviled Eggs using Truff mayo and hot sauce. #eggs #easter #deviledeggs

Ingredients:

Bacon 5-6 Strips

Eggs 8

Mayo 1/3 Cup

Dijon Mustard 2 tsp

Hot Sauce 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp (maybe more or less depends on your spice)

Lemon Juice - 1 1/2 tsp

Eggs - Air fry 275 for 10 minutes and crack bottom and then straight into ice bath

Bacon - Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until crispy

Mix everything together and place in piping bag and pipe into half egg and top with a piece of bacon.
