Day 38 of 75 Hard:

My foot is slowly coming along…

Not quite ready to walk or stand on for long, but I can definitely see some progress.

So until I’m fully healed, I’m still sticking with my at-home modified workouts.

And honestly? That’s not a problem.

Because what matters most is that I’m still showing up

Every. Single. Day.

I haven’t dropped out. I haven’t made excuses.

I’ve just adjusted and kept going.

And let’s be real…the word “challenge” in 75 Hard is no joke.

This has been one of my toughest weeks yet…

But instead of letting it break me, I’ve leaned in harder.

I’m grateful to have such an amazing, supportive family helping me recover by

Cooking meals, helping me move around, and being there when I need it.

But if I’m honest… depending on people is hard for me.

Maybe it triggers old memories from my past health struggles.

I’m used to being independent.

So while I’m thankful, it’s not easy.

Still…I’m proud. I’m halfway through. I’m still in this.

And we’re finishing what we started.
