Wellness Habits for Nursing School Students

🧘 Habit 1: watercolor 🎨

🧘 How It Helps Me: There’s watercolor workbooks that are super cute and helpful to destress. I love it even though I am not artistic at all.

🧘 Habit 2: hot bath🛁

🧘 How It Helps Me: hot water is great to release any tension in my body. It makes me feel so relaxed and clean afterwards. This and some hot ramen is so yum 😋 🍜

🧘 Habit 3: nap 💤

🧘 How It Helps Me: this just relaxes my body and clears my mind. I usually feel clear headed after waking up.

🧘 Habit 4:balanced lunch 🥗

🧘 How It Helps Me: Remembering to pack a lunch is 100 percent necessary to get through a long day. I have to remind myself to eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I suggest getting Costco made items to pack and go 💃

🧘 Habit 5: treat yourself with coffee ☕️

🧘 How It Helps Me: I think it’s worth it to go out to get your coffee because you can sit down and use it for a place to study. I think coffee should be a “business expense” for all the hard work you’re doing. Reward yourself for your hard work.

🧘 Habit 6: stay hydrated 💧🍵

🧘 How It Helps Me: having a beverage on you is super helpful when you get thirsty. Always study with a beverage in case you get thirsty or angsty. Tea and water are great options.

🧘 Habit 7:meditation or yoga
