Since the restaurant is very popular with locals and tourists alike, long queues are common, especially during peak hours. To avoid waiting, I suggest making a reservation online, which is quite straightforward through their official channels or partner apps.
Also, they use a QR code system for checking in and reservations, streamlining the process once you arrive. Don’t forget to check their menu beforehand online to decide on dishes like the Vermicelli Wrapped Shrimps, which is a must-try, or the Longjing Roast Chicken that offers rich, comforting flavors. Sharing plates are ideal here, so come with friends or family to fully experience the variety.
Aside from the food, the ambiance is uniquely charming—decor inspired by Hangzhou’s scenic West Lake adds a poetic touch, and live performances like Guzheng music and classical dance create a delightful atmosphere, especially between 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm.
Lastly, the location is convenient, inside Suntec City Mall next to popular stores like H&M and Uniqlo, making it easy to combine your dining with some shopping or strolling around. Overall, booking ahead and arriving early really enhances the experience at this beautiful and highly talked-about Chinese restaurant.
