Crock pot peanut clusters
Slow cooker peanut clusters:
1 jar (16 oz) peanuts - I used lightly salted dry roasted
1/2 bag (12oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag (12oz) white baking chips
1 full bag (11oz) milk chocolate & peanut butter chips (use 2 1/2 bags if you can’t find the mixed bag)
1/2 bag (11oz) of butterscotch chips
Add everything into a slow cooker.
Turn heat to low and cover - mix if you want.
Leave for 2 hours
After 2 hours - uncover cooker and mix all the ingredients - well.
Cover again and leave for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes - turn off and unplug cooker.
Scoop onto a lined baking sheet or use a mini muffin tin - like I did.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool down.
