Mini Oreo Cheesecakes 🤍
All that’s needed is a pack of Oreos, 2 blocks of cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar & sour cream & 2 eggs!
Preheat oven to 325.
Line a cupcake tray with liners & drop an Oreo on the bottom
Your cheesecake mixture will go right on top.
For the mixture:
Cream both blocks of creamcheese & the sugar first.
Add in your 2 whisked eggs (a little at a time while blending)
Drop in the vanilla & then the sour cream.
Fold in your Oreos
& bake for about 20-25 mins or until they are set.
That’s it!
I like to top mine with cool whip & crushed Oreos.
