Chicken Congee

This is one of those recipes where I’ve seen a MILLION different ways to make it, but the best thing is that it’s really easy to wing and make your own!

I kind of combined a bunch of different methods all together and it turned out so yummy!!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 white onion

2 cups washed rice (I used jasmine)

6 cups water

6 cups chicken broth

2 large chunks ginger

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Salt

Pepper

Soy sauce
