Decrease your bloating

The week before my period I experience so much bloating. I also travel a lot and changes in my environment sometimes make me get bloated. Here are some simple foods you can consume that can help you with your bloating. - As soon as you wake up in the morning have lemon water. It helps your digestion by helping enzymes in the digestive system.

- Oatmeal is high in fiber and helps fight inflammation.

-I like adding ginger to my tea or when I make a juice. Ginger has antioxidants that help with bloating.
